Born and brought up in Northern Ireland I started a career in teaching before I moved to England in 2009 and enjoyed baking for my family and friends.
Following their encouragement, and with the help of some friends I registered Blossoms and Cakes as a Cake Maker and Decorator business with Bromley Council. I have 5* Food Hygiene Rating with the FSA.
I am mostly self taught, but have undertaken a few short courses at Le Cordon Bleu and Fair Cake to develop my patisserie and chocolate work skills.
